As Chief Executive Officer, Mike is responsible for the overall direction of Axiom EPM, including company strategy, business development, and international expansion efforts.  With over 17 years of experience in the Enterprise Performance Management software industry, Mike has been instrumental to Axiom EPM’s rapid growth.

He has a proven track record of leading organizations through sustained growth and geographical expansion in management, technology, and marketing roles.  Before joining Axiom EPM, Mike served as President/CEO of CPM Systems, Inc. and held a number of high-level management roles at Business Objects and SRC Software.

As Chief Operating Officer, Jason is responsible for the consulting services and support teams, and the strategic oversight of product development. He has extensive experience leading organizations as they translate the real-world needs of customers into enterprise-class financial software solutions. 

Prior to co-founding Axiom EPM, Jason served as the Chief Knowledge Manager for BusinessObjects Planning, where he spearheaded the development of systems and policies that empowered customers to leverage the full capabilities and value of their planning and reporting solutions.  As a Consulting Manager at SRC Software / Business Objects, he led his team to a 100% acceptance rate across hundreds of projects including over 100 implementations.

As Chief Financial Officer, Todd is responsible for all finance, accounting, and administrative functions of the organization.  Todd’s strong experience with treasury and cash management functions provides Axiom EPM with cash resources to optimize company operations. 

His extensive finance background and technical expertise have led Todd to impart a strong influence on application development as well. Prior to co-founding Axiom EPM, Todd worked as a Senior Consultant at SRC Software and Business Objects.

As Chief Strategy Officer, Peri is responsible for leading product and go-to-market strategy for the Axiom EPM. He brings over 25 years of financial and performance management experience largely within the context of enterprise software. His most recent role was at SAP, where as Vice President of Business Analytics he was responsible for the launch of numerous analytic applications designed for banking, healthcare, retail and other industries.

Prior to SAP, Peri was responsible for Business Objects’ EPM Center of Excellence. He also served on the executive management teams of SRC Software and Sendero Corporation where he managed the industry strategy and product management functions respectively. His thought leadership work has been published in the Journal of Performance Management and other publications.

As Director of Product and Solutions Marketing, Jay is responsible for the evolution and development of Axiom EPM’s enterprise performance management solutions. He brings over 20 years of practical industry experience leveraging performance management technologies to improve financial outcomes in the areas of financial planning, budgeting, service line cost & profitability measurement, and productivity monitoring. 

Prior to joining Axiom EPM, he served as a Director of Finance at The Queen’s Medical Center in Honolulu, as well as a Senior Practice Manager for Eclipsys Corporation’s Business Solutions Consulting Group and the Senior Director of Healthcare Solutions for SAP / BusinessObjects. 

As Director of Financial Industry Solutions, Ken will focus on shaping and executing Axiom EPM’s product and business development strategies for banks, credit unions and other financial services. Ken brings over twenty-five years of experience working in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Axiom EPM, Ken was the Senior Director for Banking Analytics at SAP BusinessObjects. He was responsible for developing performance management and analytic applications for the banking industry.

Ken started his career in financial services at Bear Stearns in New York and then became the Vice President of Asset/Liability Management at Seamen’s Bank for Savings. For 17 years, Ken held a senior position at IPS-Sendero  (Fiserv) where he lead the development of their Asset/Liability Management system and managed their ALM and Funds Transfer Pricing implementation and consulting departments.

As the Director of Client and Prospect Relations, Ben oversees Axiom EPM’s sales strategy. He brings over a decade of best practice expertise in implementing enterprise performance management solutions. Ben’s deep industry experience gives him the end user perspective to truly understand the needs of Axiom EPM’s clients and prospects.

Prior to Axiom EPM, Ben managed a team of consultants at SAP Business Objects and SRC Software. He was responsible for defining system requirements and implementing solutions, with a focus in the healthcare and retail industries. Ben started his career working as an Auditor and held other in-house finance positions in the non-profit and hospitality industries.

As Director of Consulting Services, Jill is responsible for overseeing all client implementations and ensuring customer satisfaction with Axiom EPM's products and services. Jill brings over 15 years of experience in Finance with a special expertise in operational efficiency and decision-based modeling.

Prior to joining Axiom EPM, Jill served as Director of Finance at Family Care Health Plans as well as serving in a number of leadership roles in several healthcare organizations. With over 7 years of experience in financial software implementation, Jill is a valued asset to the Axiom EPM team and client base with a consistent track record of excellence in customer satisfaction.

Jared has 10 years of experience working in all phases of software implementation and post-implementation support for a variety of enterprise performance management applications.  With a high level of technical proficiency and industry expertise, Jared has been engaged in some of the largest and most complex software environments around the world. 

He brings deep experience to Axiom EPM’s support team that includes participation in hundreds of successful enterprise software implementations, and his commitment to customer service is unsurpassed.  He has previously held positions as a Financial Analyst and Business Systems Analyst. 

Javan has designed and built large, scalable enterprise applications in the finance and e-commerce industries and end-user products in healthcare, electronic design automation, and software configuration management. Javan has over 15 years of software development and management experience, including architecting, developing, and leading technical teams which he brings to his role at Axiom EPM. 

He has managed quality assurance, IT, and engineering teams, and has built a reputation for providing unmatched quality and innovation across the varying aspects he oversees.
