Our implementation methodology has the following phases:

Discovery & Design

Each project starts with a detailed discovery and design phase where your specific goals and objectives are discussed, key deliverables documented and criteria for measuring success is established.  This is also where roles and responsibilities are defined and the project plan is finalized.

Build & Test

In the system configuration and testing phases, our experienced consultants perform the ‘heavy lifting’ leveraging the flexibility of Axiom EPM to create a solution that addresses your needs.  Consistent communication throughout the process ensures you have working knowledge of how the solution is being implemented with the opportunity to suggest refinements.

Train & Deploy

To ensure a successful roll-out, our consultants are supporting you each step of the way from final testing – process and performance related – to end-user training.  And this training and ‘coaching’ is highly effective because we aren’t using a generic training system, instead, it is tailored to your system - your data, your business process, your reports and models.
