Here’s what you can expect:

Timely Responses – Live access to our customer support staff means you can be more efficient in communicating your problem and working thru to resolution.  If we can’t pick-up the phone when you call, we aim to respond to your e-mail or v-mail within 30 minutes.  Most issues are resolved within 1 hour. 

Expert Resources–We understand that when you have a question, you want to know that the right resources are there assisting you.  At Axiom EPM, our Support team has direct access to Development resources.  So even if your simple “how-to” questions gets more involved, the right resources are available to ensure a quick resolution.

Continuity – To support effective interactions between you and our Support team, we make every effort to ensure the folks most familiar with your account handle your issues.  It begins with a formal hand-off from Implementation and continues with each interaction.  Our staff becomes familiar with your deployment so we can support you more effectively.
