Jared Hodgson

Jared is Vice President of Customer Success in the Software Division at Kaufman Hall, responsible for the firm's delivery of technical services, support and cloud operations. Since joining the firm in 2009, Jared has played a role in supporting hundreds of global software deployments, attracting accolades from 3rd party analysts such as the Gartner Group and BPM Partners. Prior to joining Kaufman Hall, Jared held a critical role at a global enterprise software corporation focused on high-profile deployments of EPM software. Aside from his passion for enterprise technology, Jared is an outdoor enthusiast, traveling the Pacific Northwest and the globe in search of adventure.

Fred Osotio

Fred is a Senior Technical Consultant on the Axiom Software Support Team. He has supported Axiom Software since 2009, and has worked in Enterprise Software Support for over 15 years. Prior to software support, Fred worked as a program manager and in the accounting/finance departments in the telecommunications industry. Fred spends a lot of time on his bike as an annual participant in the Seattle-to-Portland bike ride. He's also a major theater-goer, belonging to two theater groups in Seattle, and one in Portland.

Jeff Baker

Jeff is a Senior Technical Consultant, managing the Axiom Cloud infrastructure and deployments. He graduated from Linfield college with a degree in Applied Physics, and brings 7 years of experience in technical roles across varying industries to the Axiom Support team. Outside of work, he is an avid soccer fan, both playing soccer and cheering for the Portland Timbers.


Kelly is a Senior Software Analyst at Kaufman Hall, with responsibilities that focus on providing client services through the Software Support Center. She is a point of contact for clients calling the center, and assists in seeing their issues through to resolution. Prior to joining Kaufman Hall in 2012, Kelly worked in Human Resources at Combined Insurance. Kelly holds an M.B.A. and a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management, both from the University of Phoenix.


Hesed is a Senior Technical Analyst, providing technical support for the Axiom Healthcare Suite. He also helps clients prepare for installation and implementation of new Axiom software products. Prior to joining Kaufman Hall, Hesed served in the United States Marine Corps, providing technical support and database analysis, and leading continuous process improvement projects. He holds a B.A. in Philosophy from Trinity International University, and certifications from CompTia and Microsoft. Hesed enjoys playing instruments, international travel, languages and watching Formula 1 racing.


Chris is an Application Specialist at Kaufman Hall, responsible for providing direct client support and assisting with implementations of Kaufman Hall’s Axiom Healthcare Suite, with a focus on building ETL processes to load client data. Chris has nearly a decade of experience in the healthcare software industry, including technical support, implementation, and development. Prior to joining Kaufman Hall, he was an Implementation Specialist with Haemonetics, where he worked on numerous software implementation projects with healthcare clients worldwide. Chris holds an M.B.A. from DePaul University and a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.


Luke is the Client Technical Services Manager for Axiom Software. His primary responsibilities include helping clients plan the technical environment that will support Kaufman Hall’s Axiom Software solutions, assisting clients with installing the software, and/or troubleshooting technical issues. Prior to joining Kaufman Hall in 2009, Luke worked in the software industry supporting decision support solutions. Luke holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University in Long Beach, Calif.


Tim is a Senior Support Analyst providing technical assistance for the Axiom Healthcare Suite. Since joining the firm in 2010, he has assisted all types of healthcare organizations nationwide, ranging from large health systems to small community hospitals. Tim has more than 16 years of experience supporting financial software applications. Before Kaufman Hall, he held the positions of Support Analyst and Manager of Customer Support at Penta Technologies, Inc. Tim holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame.
